Manufactured 1891. Standard in all respects with full octagon barrel; full magazine; Winchester sporting front and rear sight; walnut stocks; rifle butt; case colored frame, hammer and lever. Barrel is a smooth blue-brown patina mix with some minor age freckling, razor sharp edges and sharp legends. The tube is a freckled brown patina. Left side of frame retains 35-55% original case colors, some bright. Right side of frame has patterned/nickeled out. Strong remains of case colors on lever; traces on hammer. Buttplate has patterned out. 80% factory high polish blue on loading gate and bolt. Stocks are excellent, proud to metal, with original finish and usual minor dings. Perfect action and strong clean rifling. Overall, a very fine case colored 86, untouched, in far above average condition.
