Persia, Achaemenid Empire, ca. 550 to 330 BCE. Lovely bronze bowl with small attached "button" at center decorated with 10 large raised petals, each with added incised decorations, additional relief panels around the rim. A very fine example! Size: 5.75" W x 1.875" H (14.6 cm x 4.8 cm)
