Reiner Ottens (1698 - 1750 ) was a Dutch cartographer and publisher who worked in Amsterdam during the 18th century. The son of Joachim Ottens, the Jewish engraver, he founded his own publishing house in the late 1680s His best known work is the "The Great Atlas " (or "Atlas Major") that was printed in Amsterdam in 1740.
