Listed 19th century American artist, William Henry Langworthy, (born in Warrensburg NY in 1810 and died in 1892) oil on canvas landscape painting signed W. H. Langworthy, dated 1871, scene of farmer on his cart traveling through countryside, beautiful gilt wood frame with cascading fruit and nuts at each corner and center of each side. Condition - 5 very small cracks in painting's lower center, very light craquelure. Frame measures 28 x 22.
