Roman, Imperial Period, 284 to 305 CE. Diocletian, AE Follis, (8.5 grams). Antioch Mint. Laureate head of Diocletian to the right, IMP C DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG / Genius, naked but for a cloak, standing to the left and holding a patera in his right hand and a cornucopiae in his left. GENIO POPVLI ROMANI. Cp. RIC 52a. A sharp EF with choice portrait. Size: 1" W (2.5 cm)
