LARGE GROUP OF MOSTLY AMERICAN SILVER & COIN SILVER SPOONS, 31 PIECES:Makers include: GA Burr & Co, Henderson Inches Sawyer (1813-1858) for LP Coe, Reed, Slader & Co., Jas. P. Steele, Henderson Inches Sawyer for Coe & Montgomery, M.S. Smith & Co., Isaac Garrison for Geo. W. Haslett, John Westervelt, W.M. Root & Brother, Johnson & Godly, Christopher Burr, E. Woodworth, O.B. Cooley, Reed, Slater & Co., JS Curtis, J. Rudd & Co., and Hutchkiss & Schreuder. Also includes: (2) coin silver spoons with "Coin" and an unidentified mark to back, (1) possibly Joseph Callender spoon, (1) possibly Ralph Cowles coin silver spoon, (1) Austro-Hungarian silver spoon with rubbed marks, (1) Danish marriage spoon manufactured by F.F. Erlandersen, (1) possibly Danish .830 silver spoon marked "Kundsen", and various spoons with illegible or rubbed marks. All pieces monogrammed. Approximately 23.14 troy ounces.
Condition
Some spoons with dents and cracks to bowls. All with varying degrees of surface scratches and marks consistent with age and use.
