Item Details

Description

The Chinese Nephrite celadon jade censer carved in a traditional fangding squared body, raised on four straight cylindrical legs, two elongated S-Shaped curve hands emerged from the side, rectangular opening supported the square domed lid with flared finial. The exterior decorated in relief with archaistic serpents simulated in symmetrical geometric pattern resembled the taotie mask. The jade displayed pale-celadon tinge, clean white tone with beautiful translucent and moist milky appearance. A portion of this high-grade white celadon Jade is considered quite rare. Expert workmanship is the absolute highlight of this gorgeous vase.
