An original oil on cardstock signed "Wojciech Kossak" in bottom left corner. A portrait of a young military man in uniform riding a white horse, blowing a bugle done in the impressionist style of Wojciech Kossak (Polish, 1857-1942). A small section of paint around the bell of the horn has a higher gloss than rest of image, due to possible restoration. A Polish receipt en verso is dated 1986 with several official stamped Polish seals. Image measures approximately 12" x 8".
