This exquisite Frank Yellowhorse (Native American Din-eh (Navajo)) Kachina necklace features channel inlay with turquoise, orange, red and purple spiny oyster, malachite, lapis, and onyx with heavy sand or tufa cast silver in lieu of more typical overlay. The pendant is 5 1/2 inches long by 1 3/4 inches wide and has an open bale for changing pendant from 22 inch long silver beads included with this auction. The necklace is signed and carried Yellowhorse's rearing stallion pictomark. Yellowhorse work has no peers, and this treasure is an example of extraordinary older work that rarely comes up for sale.
