Description
A grouping of two fine porcelain figurines. Hand painted fine porcelain. Includes the figure of a Cherub carrying a stack of wheat hay, standing on a circular pedestal with gold patterning and trim. Marked on underside with the Neapolitan "N" and Crown/Coronette mark of Capodimonte. The other displays a young boy wearing a Phrygian Cap, leaning on a tree trunk and reaching into a basket of fruit. Also standing on gold-trimmed circular pedestal base. This one is unmarked. Both are the same style and period. Italian - Capodimonte, late 18th century.
