George Brettingham Sowerby, II (British, 1812-1884), "Collection of Twelve Hand-Colored Engravings from the "Sowerby Conchological Publications", London, 1847-1887, including four illustrations of "Fissurella", three of "Bulinus", "two Cyproea", "Chiton", "Cordinum" and "Cancellaria", each sight 4-1/4" x 7-5/8". Glazed, matted and framed alike.

In overall good condition, but not examined out of frames. Two prints have some faint rippling near mat edges. Two other prints have some very light accretions (smudges). A few spots of foxing were detected on a couple of other prints.
