A fantastic original bronze sculpture by Tom Knapp "The Journey" signed "Tom Knapp 10/24", Titled "The Journey" Foundry Mark "1977 (c) Rey Arrowsmith", impressive impressionistic depiction of a bearded man braving the elements with a walking stick, coat,sandals and a sack bearing a a baby sheep over his back, in fascistic high relief, in a rich dark brown patina, raised on a titled and beveled oak base. Its very good that there were only 24 of these sculptures and that this is a low edition number being in the first 10 castings, this would make an impressive gift or addition to any fine household or collection. - SIZE: 12-3/4" Height (without base). / 14" Height (with the base). - CONDITION: Overall excellent condition.
