South Carolina. December 23, 1776 Act. Four Dollars. “Ship” vignette. Fully Signed and Issued. PMG graded Extremely Fine-40.
Fr. SC-138a. Fully Signed and Issued and rare in this quality as such. There are four full margins on both the face and back. The paper remains crisp looking and clean with easily readable full signatures. Holder noted with margin repairs, which are not evident. Perhaps the nicest fully issued $4 note we recall having offered. These notes are very rare being Fully Signed and Issued.
