A Palais Royal style vanity and sewing box, or necessaire, of inlaid wood composition, with floral and scrolled foliate crest to exterior, interior with shaped vanity mirror and fitted tray with gilt metal sewing implements, with two triangular compartments for storage, with key, apparently unmarked. Overall approximately 3.825" x 9.75" x 6.825".
