Description
Andre Bicat (1909-1996), born in Essex of French and Anglo-Irish parents, tutor at the Royal College of Art. Represented by the Victoria and Albert Museum, the British Museum and other public collections in the UK & USA. His work has been bought by the National Gallery of Wales, Oxford University, Brooklyn Museum, Dallas Museum of Fine Art, TX, and Cleveland Museum, OH. 9 of his prints are in the Tate Gallery and 31 prints are in the UK Government Art Collection.
