Full exposure of the theory on taxes of Proudhon, in which he describes in detail his arguments against the central role of the state and argues that taxes should only be remunerated for the services rendered. It was written during his exile in Belgium to take part in the competition organized by the State Council of the Canton of Vaud in Switzerland and won first prize.Nice copy.
