Description
The "Jukebox Wurlitzer 1015 One More Time Vinyl", also known as "OMT Wurlitzer", for its abbreviation of "One More Time" is what we could call a "remake" of the "Wurlitzer 1015 Bubbler" designed by Paul Fuller in 1946. The Wurlitzer company was founded in Ohio in the 1850s by German immigrant Rudolph Wurlitzer.
Wurlitzer relaunched this model in 1985 under the name Wurlitzer 1015 OMT and had 100 selections of 45 rpm discs.
The 1015 model is one of the most popular record players ever and, after its first release, more than 56,000 were sold in less than two years. In 1995, the United States Postal Service issued a stamp commemorating the model before its 50th anniversary. This model features a rounded top with colourful plastic tubes that light up in the shape of a rainbow.
It works.
100 kg weight approx.
152 x 80 x 60 cm.
