A VERY FINE FRENCH NAPOLEON III MEUBLES D’APPUI (SIDE CABINET). The rectangular mahogany cabinet with kingwood and satin wood marquetry and parquetry panel containing a centered nine lite door with bronze mullions and pierced classical corner mounts below a gilt bronze repeating acanthus cornice and surmounted by a Basque Jaspe marble top, the whole of fitted interlocking assembled sections for deconstruction. Length 63 inches, Height 42.5 inches, Width 22.5 inches. (160 x 108 x 57 cm).
