7/5/23 9:00am - In my opinion regarding: LOT – 270: I note the cabinet is in sturdy condition, the marble top is intact with few typical small chips along the back edge and some spotting/ discoloration, case with light lines to veneer throughout, some wear and nicks, notably at edges, inherent patination to mounts, all commensurate with age and use, I observe that the drawer and door currently operate, but both are a bit tight, with some surface wear to interior shelves.
