Very nice bisque socket head mounted on separate bisque shoulder plate, both incised "G". Has pale blue glass inset eyes, well-painted eyes and lashes, a well-defined closed mouth with slight smile, pierced earlobes, with bisque should mounted to very nice leather body with gussets at hips and knees and separately strung wooden arms. Arms are articulated at the shoulders, elbows and wrists. The clothing consists of an off-white/cream silk dress with lace overlay on the bodice, nice antique flat black leather shoes with buckles, old underwear and a somewhat newer brown mohair curly wig over cork pate. Also has knit handbag and cloth floral bouquet. (Very Good). 18'' T.

CORRECTION: Head marked F and shoulder plate marked G. Appears to fit nicely and has typical Bru coil spring attaching head to shoulder plate. Kid body does not have the typical Bru "U" shaped sewn torso.
