A FINE CHINESE POLYCHROME WATERCOLOR ON SILK SCROLL PAINTING, TWO RED CRESTED ROOSTERS, SIGNED, LATE QING DYNASTY/EARLY REPUBLIC PERIOD, EARLY 20TH CENTURY, with two nicely painted red crested roosters with one spotting a lone green cricket, while strutting beneath the auspicious branches of an ancient blossoming tree, above a lower left six character black ink inscription and red square seal stamps, opposite right large red square archaic seal stamp, beneath top right red square archaic seal stamp. Height: 67 1/2" Width: 28 1/2"

Overall good condition, normal consistent yellowing throughout from age and environment, a few spots but otherwise nice condition.
