This piece does not describe the watercolor scene in this lot. Colophon measures 9 1/4" X 10". Silk mounting mat, 12 7/8" X 19 7/8". (1) Watercolor scene depicts a river scene with house and calligraphy description. Painting has a wax seal on verso. Painting measures 10 5/8" X 12 1/2". Silk mat measures 14 1/2" X 19".

Condition- The watercolor has a crease in center and some minor discoloration. The silk matting has some discoloration. The colophon is in overall good condition with some toning. The mat has some toning and light rose colored specks. See photos.
