[1] Headquarters of the Army, Mexico, December 15, 1847. General Orders 376. [1]-2 [2, blank] pp. 12mo (20.3 x 14 cm), disbound. Left margin uneven and with old stab holes, voids in gutter margin, which is splitting, light vertical crease.

Forbids paying taxes to the Mexican government and requires that they be paid to the army for its support. Lotteries are abolished.
