Description: Beautifully penned English vellum indenture dated 1786 during the reign of King George III being the conveyance of a dwelling in Swineshead in the County of Lincoln between Sarah Foster, a Spinster, and John Dobson, a Wheelwright. Nice printed vignette, two blue revenue stamps with metal insert, tax stamps, and a red wax seal on green cloth tag. Signed at bottom and on verso. Fine condition.
