1920s LOUIS VUITTON STEAMER TRUNK - The iconic Louis Vuitton Wardrobe with stenciled monogram canvas, wood slat and brass trim with locks (and key). The interior has a folding hanging section with a set of original LV hangers, tension bar and four drawers over a shoe compartment. Original LV leather label and John Wanamaker New York, Philadelphia label. Serial number is very faint, below the leather label, appears to be 769318; the lock is s/n 0593-7. 44 1/2" x 17" x 22". The interior is clean and fresh with very little signs of usage, scuff to uppermost drawer corner; the exterior has some wear from travel, with owner painted monogram on ends and some old labels.
