Description
A beautiful map of Turkey and the island of Cyprus. The map extends from the Aegean to Euphrates river in the east. The title banner is held by two winged putti and a man in local costume is shown next to the scale ruler. This map was issued in Blaeu's "Le Theatre du Monde, Nouvel Atlas, Mis en lumiere par Guillaume & Jean Blaeu." French text on verso
