Description
Standard glaze humidor with dogwood decoration on body and lid done by Luella Perkins in 1889. Marks include the Rookwood logo, which indicates the date, shape 234, impressed W for White clay, an incised L for Light Standard glaze and the artist's incised monogram. There is fine overall crazing to both and there is a short, tight line at the rim of the jar. Height is 6 3/4 inches.
