India, 20th century CE. A pair of articulated wooden puppet figures, brightly painted, with yellow faces (often signifying gods or royalty) and wearing cloth clothing. The more ornate of the two also wears a necklace; he has articulated arms and legs. The other has a larger head, with arms that are attached to the body by strings, and articulated legs. Size of largest (length does not include dangling arms): 3.15" W x 12.5" H (8 cm x 31.8 cm)

Condition
Both have signs of wear to paint and clothing. The one with the larger head is missing the pins to hold his arms in place, but they are attached by strings.
