9-1/2" x 12-1/2" wooden frame under glass, containing an array of 26 items. Includes multiple presidential hopefuls' portrait and name celluloid buttons [sizes from 1/2" diameter to 7/8" diameter] with a group of badges. Comprises: 1.) John N. Garner [Republican candidate '32 & '36] portrait [7] and name [2] buttons. 2.) Wm. H. Murray [Democratic candidate 1932] portrait button and window decal. 3.) Wm. E. Borah [Republican candidate 1936] portrait buttons [5]. 4.) Frank Knox [Republican candidate 1936] portrait buttons [2] 5.) Arthur H. James [Republican candidate 1940] name button [1]. 6.) Group of four Bastian Bros. Co. satin ribbon badges with either gilt and enamel or card stock hangers. Imprints include "Active Press / Honorary Asst Secretary" [Democratic Convention, Chicago, Ill. 1944], "Alternate / Philadelphia" [Republican Convention 1940], and "National Committee / Assistant To The Chairman" [Democratic Convention 1940], "Indiana / Republican National Convention Chicago 1944."
