Antique English Cloth-Covered Papier-Mache and Carved Pine Mannequin Bust, with articulated ball joint arms and hands, on a finialed baluster stand with a molded circular foot, overall, h. 49-1/2", w. 18", dia. 11". Provenance: The Flatt Collection.

Articulated hands and arms are in excellent condition. The base and finial top have light surface scuffs. Cloth-covered bust exhibits some tears, including two "L"-shaped ones on the front and rear, the latter of which has been stitched, as have two tears on the front breast. The loose sleeves are in an active state of decay with tears and thread disintegration. In overall good condition - condition with the fabric and stand are as to be expected with age and use.
