Rare Royal Museum Quality English George IV Gold Gilt Sterling Silver Topped Liquor Bottle W/Original Stopper *Gift From the King* - This rare piece is a glass liquor bottle with a gold gilt, sterling silver topper. What really sets this piece apart is that the top is embossed with the King's crest, including the crown, and is initialed "GR" for George Rex, the King of England. This piece was most likely a royal gift from the king himself. The sterling silver topper was made by John Robbins in 1822, and is hallmarked under the lid and on the sterling silver rim. The bottle also comes with the original glass stopper, which is extremely rare for these pieces. This piece is very rare and desirable, and is an important piece of Royal origin.
