The first: 1765, blue intertwined ''L'' maker's marks centering date letter ''M'', decorator's mark of Claude-Antoine Tardy (1757-1794), the bleu celeste-ground creamer of bombe form, decorated with white-ground floral-painted reserves, with a gilt-highlighted branch-form handle, on three branch-form feet; the second: Sevres-style, blue intertwined ''L'' maker's marks centering ''VI'' over ''GL'', bleu celeste ground reserved to face with a figural scene of woman and crying child, raised on three branch-form feet, 2 pieces, the first: 4.75'' H x 4.375'' W x 3.5'' D; the second: 4.125'' H x 3.875'' W x 2.75'' D, est: $400/600

Each in overall good condition, with minor rubbed wear commensurate with age. The first with two approximately .25''-long firing flaws, one to handle, the other to interior. The second with an approximately .5''-long scratch to figural scene.
