William McKendree Snyder (December 1848-September 1930) was an American painter active in Indiana in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and is best known for detailed Indiana landscapes. Lieber Co. of Indianpolis, which under its founder Herman Lieber framed and exhibited many works of Indiana artists at the turn of the 20th century.
