A diamond and split-pearl pendant. The old-cut diamond, within a split-pearl surround, with a similarly-set twelve-rayed star and spacer border. Estimated diamond weight 0.40ct, J-K colour, VS clarity. Length 3.9cms. Weight 13.8gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

Screw thread for a probable deficient brooch fitting.

Some heavier discolouration to the reverse.

Diamond fairly well matched.

Diamonds bright.

Diamond has an obvious yellow tint, no obvious inclusions can be seen under magnification.

Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

Split pearls creamy-white body colour, many have pink , purple and green overtones with mostly good to fair lustre with some muted lustre.

Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.
