The colors are slightly faded on the exterior as well as the interior lining. The front right of the chest bears some surface residue (may be cleaned). The seams along both sides, beginning at the armpits, are split. The right side is split almost down the length of the robe. The fabric does not appear to be torn, it is the stitching which has come undone. There are several small holes in the fabric lining towards the bottom. Overall good condition. Measurements: Tip of sleeve across to tip of other sleeve is 74", Armpit to bottom is 43", Width at bottom is 37", Overall length is 54"
