Description: "Robert Hayden Alcorn (1909-80) joined the OSS in 1941 as a civilian employee. As a Captain during WWII, he served in the newly formed OSS rising to Lieutenant Colonel & was awarded the Bronze Star & two Battle Stars. He personally witnessed the events & personalities he writes about in his book."
