Description

Thomas Roy Markusen (American, 1940-), circa 1970s. A set of five "Tortured" Brutalist sculptural copper candlesticks, in graduated heights, each oxidized and hand wrought, with a decorative hammered banding. All stamped with artist's initials. Approximate height (of tallest): 19.25", diameter 3.2". Provenance: From the Estate of Dorothy Fuqua, Atlanta, Georgia.

Condition

Some minor surface wear, including scratching, and tarnishing. One with small dent near top. No other visible signs of damage or repair.
