Two corners have bump/crease, otherwise great shape. Some of the auction results have been inked in very neatly on some of the lot numbers. The pages are all crisp and clean as if never used. Introductory essay by Suzannah Yip on Adolphe Stocklet, The Collector and His Collection, " this collection is particularly rich in 17th and 18th century ukiyo-e prints, of which there are an unprecedented number of rare and/or unrecorded impressions. It also has a marked emphasis in the category of figural prints of actors (yakusha-e) and beauties (bijin-ga). There are also rare and stunning examples of uki-e (western perspective prints) and a seperate section of 50 surimono (printed matter)".
