This is a handsome vintage Swiss Alps wooden cane or walking stick. As you can see, it features an actual goat? horn/antler, hide/fur and hoof as a handle, as well as a medium brown wooden shaft into which the names of the towns visited by the original owner were branded/burned (e.g. Rigi-Kulm, Teuffelsbrucke, etc.) This walking stick stands approximately 31 3/4" tall. It does not currently have cap on the bottom, but you can easily add one. As for condition, I would point out that there is some wear to the animal hide/fur section of the handle and the shaft does have some scrapes and scratches to the finish of the shaft as shown, all of which are commensurate with age and use.

Cut shorter than a standard cane. Wear and usage signs overall good condition.
