Casted in rectangular form, the exterior decorated with cloisonne enamel work of two imperial five-toes dragons, yellow and orange-red in color, and centralized swastika. Adorned with colorful scrolling clouds. All against turquoise-blue ground enamel works. The underside remain plain with gilt.

Mark on base, six incised script -KaiShu- characters, QianLong Reign Period of Great Qing.
