Balenciaga by Chez Ninon Couture Pink Silk & Lace Cocktail Dress, 1966. Labelled 'Chez Ninon Inc. New York' .
Similar example is in the collection of Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco and also published in Balenciaga & Spain book by Hamish Bowles.

Chez Ninon was a New York Couture House which was making licensed "line to line" copies of Paris couture designs. They were often using original materials -fabrics, buttons, trims, etc.- provided by Paris couture houses. They are known for making garments for Jacqueline Kennedy including her famous pink Chanel suit.

Metropolitan Museum has a Balenciaga piece made by Chez Ninon with same label.(Accession Number:1977.324)
