6/24/16, 10:45AM CST: there is craquelure throughout, but paint is stable. Painting was viewed under black light, inpaint throughout, specifically at center near clouds, approx. 4” high by 5” wide. Layers of canvas indicate the painting was possibly lined or at least re-stretched with borders lined. Repair lower center near margin, with correlating patch verso. Painting was not viewed out of frame. Overall, the painting views well in natural light.
