ENGLISH PEARLWARE CERAMIC PLATTERS, LOT OF TWO, comprising one oval-shaped, molded with rope-twist edge over acanthus leaves with a broad, painted blue band, the underside with an impressed "18" and "STUBBS & KENT / LONGPORT"; oval-shaped, with overlapping shell-edge, painted with a broad blue band, the underside impressed 15. Staffordshire and other areas. Circa 1825. 18 7/8" x 15" and 16 3/4" x 11 7/8".
Expected wear from use, one minor flake on front side of rim on one, and several minor flakes on front side of rim on the other.
