Description
Probably Greek, ca. 5th to 2nd century BCE. This is a bronze leaf-shaped spearhead with a long socket and a squared-off stem. Size: 9.8" L x 1.4" W (24.9 cm x 3.6 cm).
Provenance: Ex-Estate of John Piscopo. Mr. Piscopo was one of the largest collectors of ancient weapons in the US with a collection that spanned all cultures, all ages.
