Framed early 19th century portrait Painting on ivory. 3"H X 2 1/2"L oval portrait of an elegantly dressed gentleman set into a gold filled rim 3 1/2"H X 3"L oval frame which has been mounted into an original 5 1/2"H X 4 3/4"L painted wood frame with a brass flower basket hook mount. Back of frame has applied paper with provenance. Condition: Portrait is in very good condition with no damage. Frame has alligatoring and loss on edges.
