Description
This is a Plains Native American Indian beaded pipe bag showing a beaded star rosette in the center. Provenance: This is from a large Native American Beadwork private collection in Wyoming and was recovered from the Mule Creek Trading Post in Capitan, New Mexico. The bag is constructed of Indian tanned hide with long fringe showing glass trade seed beadwork. The bag has a beaded top fancy edge with two beaded strips and a large traditional beaded Star Rosette in the center. The bag is in good condition and measures 19"L x 5.75"W with a 5 1/8" diameter rosette.
