Extremely fine and well executed machinist built model of an inverted vertical "Georgina" over-crank steam engine, designed by T.D. Walshaw, circa 1830, with an inverted vertical cylinder of approx. 5/8" bore x 1 5/8" stroke, ornate twin cathedral pillar frames, crankshaft eccentric-driven valve rod, brass cylinder and valve chest packing glands, forked connecting rod to trunnion and guide type early crosshead arrangement, crankshaft eccentric-driven pedestal-mounted boiler feed pump, fitted with a 5.5"dia. flywheel, all cast on a 6" x 6" base
