DOUGLAS-HOME ALEC: (1903-1995) British Prime Minister 1963-64. Vintage signed 10 x 14 photograph of Douglas-Home in a half length pose. Photograph by Vivienne and signed by her in black ink to the lower photographer's mount and also with her credit stamp to the verso. Signed ('Alec Douglas-Home') in bold blue ink to the lower photographer's mount and dated 1965 in his hand. Very slightly neatly trimmed to the mount and with a couple of light, minor stains, only very slightly affecting the image and a couple of letters of the signature. Together with a signed First Day Cover by Home issued on the 50th Anniversary of Britain declaring War on Germany, 3rd September 1939, and featuring colour images and printed text. Post marked at London, 3rd September 1989. Signed ('Home') in blue ink with his name alone to a clear area. G to VG, 2
