A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN GARDEN STOOL, LATE 20TH CENTURY, of traditional barrel form with a flat top showing frolicking boys amidst an outdoor setting with a distant mountainous landscape, enclosing a reticulated circular "cash" symbol, above sides centering shaped ogival reserves of boys at various frolicking pursuits flanked by chrysanthemum blooms within a leafy stemmed ground, between broad diapered bands enclosing large peonies and applied blue bosses. Height: 18 3/8" Diameter: 13 1/2"
