Hallmarked 1889, 1900, 1910.. A group of three silver thimbles comprising: one with rosettes to the upper face, waffle-pattern upper, hallmarked with the lion passant, mintmark for Chester, script 'K' for 1910, 'MC&S LTD' trademark and stamped '13'; one with rosettes overall, stamped '8', 'G.V. & Co.', lion passant, mintmark for Chester, Roman 'R' for 1900; one similar marked 'SF', lion passant, leopard's head mintmark for London, 'O' in a heater shield for 1889.
